Located in the Rio Sureno Medical Plaza, Valley Hope of Tempe offers a range of outpatient services and is easily accessible to individuals living in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Treatment is provided in person at our facility. Our continuum of care includes a six-week Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) with morning and evening options, continuing care, and a relapse prevention program that meets weekly. Treatment is tailored to individual need and medication assisted treatment may be used when appropriate.

Thursdays at Valley Hope at Tempe are for our alumni and friends! Our Renewal Night is the last Thursday of the month. After patients who receive their one-year medallion share their experience strength and hope, a speaker shares for approximately 20 minutes and then the meeting is open for other members to share.
