Our Simple Admissions Process, Step by Step
1. Call (800) 544-5101 to Connect with an Admissions Specialist Near You
The first step: call and connect with an experienced, compassionate specialist who will answer any questions you may have. We will ask a few questions to learn more about your needs and situation to help determine the best level of care for your treatment. Your Admissions Specialist will help coordinate and schedule the intake/admission at your designated Valley Hope treatment center. All admissions calls, including assessments and treatment referrals, are free of charge and confidential.
When you arrive for your scheduled intake, you will be greeted by one of our compassionate team members, then meet one-on-one with a licensed admissions counselor. This on-site assessment will inform the clinical care team as they develop your tailored treatment plan. If you are receiving inpatient treatment, you will also receive a medical evaluation from the on-site medical team to assess your physical condition and any related needs.
