What makes the Valley Hope treatment experience unique?
Valley Hope is unique because its protocol provides patients with the opportunity to address their addiction experience in a three-level recovery process. From detox and Level III residential treatment, patients are offered a seamless transfer to Valley Hope’s Level II Intensive Outpatient Program. Six weeks of three sessions each week then merge into six- or twelve-month Level I Continuing Care therapy groups that meet once a week for an hour. Conscious recovery practiced weekly for up to a year creates a more solid recovery experience, and provides patients with healthy reinforcement of recovery life.
Why should someone choose Valley Hope for treatment?
During the last twenty years, I have worked as a counselor for three addiction rehabs. Each of the facilities offered outstanding in-patient care. However, there are no after-care programs in place at two of them, other than encouraging patients to move into a sober-living house, get an after-care therapist and attend 12 Step meetings. It seemed that patients were entirely on their own as soon as they left the campus.
