Valley Hope Names Dr. Patrick Hall as New Chief Executive Officer

NORTON, Kan. — [May 5, 2025] – Valley Hope, a nationally recognized addiction treatment and recovery organization, is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Patrick Hall as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. With an accomplished background in clinical psychology and more than 20 years of leadership experience, Dr. Hall brings a dynamic blend of strategic insight and healthcare expertise to this pivotal role.

Over the past 11 years, Dr. Hall has been an integral part of Valley Hope’s growth and innovation. He has served in several key leadership positions, including Corporate Clinical Supervisor, Vice President of Clinical Services, Vice President of Research, Interim Executive Vice President, and most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations. In each role, he has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to clinical excellence, operational integrity, and patient-centered care.

Dr. Hall is a licensed clinical psychologist and holds a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) and Master of Arts in clinical psychology from Wheaton College. He also earned a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gordon College, and has completed graduate studies in Healthcare Administration through the Executive M.B.A. program at the University of Colorado Denver.

In addition to his work at Valley Hope, Dr. Hall is an active member of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) and the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), contributing to the advancement of best practices and advocacy in the field.
