Valley Hope of Omaha is excited to introduce a new Monthly Panel Discussion for our current patient group. Each month, we invite 3-5 alumni with at least 1 year of sobriety to share their experiences and insights.

How to Participate:
If you’re an alum with a year or more of sobriety and are interested in being part of the panel, we’d love to hear from you! Simply call or text Jamese at (402) 979-2837 to be added to the list of future panelists.

Panel Structure:
Each panelist will have 5 minutes to introduce themselves and provide a brief background.
After introductions, a moderator will select questions submitted by the current patient group, and panelists will take turns answering.
(Note: All questions are reviewed prior to the discussion.)
