Tricia Olson rejoined Valley Hope in 2021 as Director of Business Systems, leading the organization through the implementation of a fully integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system. In her current role, she oversees organizational strategy and technology initiatives that strengthen operations and support Valley Hope’s mission.

Tricia brings more than a decade of leadership experience spanning government, healthcare technology, and behavioral health. She began her career as Chief of Staff for the Kansas Department of Commerce (2007–2015), advising the Secretary of Commerce and department leadership on strategic, operational, and policy priorities. She then served as Chief of Staff at Valley Hope (2015–2019), supporting the CEO and executive team, and leading major organizational projects. Before returning to Valley Hope, Tricia worked for Netsmart, a national leader in healthcare technology, as a Senior Project Manager leading key implementation efforts.

Her passion for people, change management, and collaborative leadership provides a strong foundation for advancing innovation and supporting Valley Hope’s mission.
