At Valley Hope, we believe in supporting our nursing teams with ongoing professional development that empowers, connects, and uplifts. Our nurse residency program is designed to deepen knowledge, build confidence, and align new and existing nurses with Valley Hope’s mission and values.
This residency program helps nurses grow in their understanding of addiction treatment, clinical best practices, and processes. Through interactive learning, peer discussion, and scenario-based coaching, participants gain practical insights that improve patient care and strengthen team collaboration across facilities.
