Tiffney serves as Valley Hope’s Chief Compliance Officer. She has been with Valley Hope in various capacities since 2004 and now leads the organization’s compliance program, overseeing privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory adherence across the continuum of care. Her areas of responsibility include HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and other applicable federal and state requirements. Dr. Yeager provides strategic guidance and operational support for audits, risk management, corrective action planning, staff training, and continuous performance improvement to promote ethical, safe, and legally compliant care. She also ensures continued Joint Commission accreditation and state licensure/certification across the states Valley Hope serves.

Tiffney is a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Creighton University and completed both her master’s degree in Psychology and doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of North Dakota.
