What is life like today in recovery?

My life is great - I’m full of joy for the first time in my life. I found my smile thanks to Valley Hope.

What piece of advice would you share with others seeking recovery?

Follow the advice they give you and teach you when you leave: -Pray -Meditate -Call your sponsor -Read the literature -Go to meetings I thought the bookmark I was given that said those 5 things was just a cheesy bookmark; now those are the things I practice regularly that gave me back my life.
