Fill out a Marketing Request by clicking here. The Department of Marketing and Communications will then have access to your request and will get started on assigning your ticket.

After you’ve submitted the form, you will see a page that says “Thanks! Your response was submitted”. If you do not see this message, please contact us to make sure that we have received your request. We recommend selecting the checkbox at the bottom of the form that allows you to send an email receipt of your responses.

The length of time it takes to finish a deliverable varies due to complexity, other current projects, clinical approval, and holidays/PTO. Please reach out if you need to change a deadline on your request. Please ensure that you proofread the deliverable in a thoughtful and timely manner. Revisions must be kept to two or less.
