Valley Hope’s outpatient addiction treatment (rehab) facility in Wichita offers the greater metropolitan area a full range of comprehensive outpatient services during daytime and evening hours. Wichita Valley Hope offers traditional Intensive Outpatient (IOP), AC/ESS telehealth/online services, IOP Plus (a combination of on-ground IOP and online IOP), individual, family, and group counseling, continuing care, education, and assessment/evaluation services. Office hours are 1-10 pm Monday through Friday. Traditional IOP group sessions are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6-9 pm. IOP Plus group sessions are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6-7:30 pm.
Support services are available to family members of all patients who are currently in IOP at Wichita Valley Hope. Family IOP is available to all family members, even if they do not currently have a loved one enrolled in addiction treatment (rehab) at Valley Hope. Family IOP is a three-week telehealth/online program that consists of nine hours of addiction treatment per week which is geared to family members. Family IOP includes a weekly individual session with a counselor either in person or by phone.
One hour continuing care group sessions (for those who have recently completed a higher level of care) are held Tuesday through Thursday at six different times to fit a variety of schedules. Education Programs are tailored to meet individual needs.
Physician services are available to those enrolled in our addiction treatment (rehab) programs. Medication to assist in addiction treatment (rehab) is available, including Suboxone, which has been shown to be effective for those in treatment (rehab) for an addiction to opiates, including heroin or prescription pain pills. In addition, Naltrexone or Vivitrol can be provided when indicated to increase the capability for success in recovery from alcoholism or drug addiction.
Wichita Valley Hope’s comfortable environment features two group rooms and a coffee shop for patients and alumni. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff is available to answer questions for you or your loved one during office hours.
We accept most forms of private insurance. Self-pay options are also available. Wichita Valley Hope is licensed by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services and accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
